Service Description

We provide hourly training remotely or in person to help improve IT admin skills and proficiency. Prior to booking, our technician will speak to you to discuss the topics you wish to cover and the time needed. Each training session is tailored to requirement and delivered by qualified and DBS checked members of the team. This may include: Basic operation & maintenance of your hardware Correct use of your computer Keeping safe online & recognising risks Personalising your PC Sending/receiving emails In-person training is available but may incur additional call-out costs - POA.
