Service Description

If you have got a working internet connection, you can install our remote software and we can handle many non-hardware related IT issues with you over the phone. This is a cost and time effective way to resolve eligible IT issues. Please note that jobs that are deemed unsuitable for remote repair/diagnosis over the phone will be rejected and still chargeable. This may be due to poor internet or computer performance, or underlying issues that require an on-site visit.
