Service Description

If you have a support issues suspected to be hardware related, no internet connection, or simply prefer an on-site visit, you may book an on-site visit from a technician. Site visits are charged at a "call-out" rate, followed by a lower rate for subsequent hours. £70 first hour West Sussex £90 first hour East Sussex £50/hour following POA outside of Sussex Note that we do offer remote support at a reduced rate, however, some remote work may be rejected and on-site suggested as a substitution where work is not feasable remotely.
